sibling rivalry

I think is important for parents not to show any preference among their kids. Is important to treat all kids the same and if we give something to one kid, we need to give something to the other kid too.

For positive traits of element it is good things to have and actually a constructive rivalry is a must in one family. Because it is a strategic way to runs the rapid growth and development in one family's vision. So talking about approach method of statement, I always use tower type rivalry and not for horizontal type of rivalry. Just like tower type of 'a management chart'.

i try to talk to them and explain to them why is why and what is what. though my children is not that competitive to each other. they have their own uniqueness that i appreciate.
