what are the question you encountered during a job interview

Here is some major and not easy questions to answer I think : -What could you give to this company if I hire you? -Why I should hire you? -I'm not asking for your certificate, GPA, license, but what is your standard as an employee? -Why you choose our company? -How much effort are you willing to give for this job? -Any experience This is my fave one and relly tricky question : What is the best thing you ever done before in your career Answer that question immediately and be confident. The problem is, if you start answering with Hm...It's like bla.... I could make sure, you won't be accepted as employee since the interviewers will think your story is not true.
