yes !i have the same felling !i often face to the computer for several hours.now and then ,i think whether i should spend more time to breathing fresh air . Even though i am not addicted to internet,i have wasted some time !But i think chatting with good friends in mylot is a way to commnucation!it deserves!

I get my chores done and gardening done even being online.
I run around in between doing things while logged on here.
I love being online be it an hour or 12 hours.
I won't give this up ever. HAHAHAHA!!

Even I do that, as much as that I hardly socialise nowadays. I hardly attend to guests and my mom snaps at me for my nature. I have been an introvert and now it's having an all time high. As a result, I am out of touch in many family matters and come to know many things long after it's done.
I need to improve on this, definitely.

One is to quit smoking. I've wanted to do it for a long long time and when I'm ready I will. Second is, like you, spend less time on the internet. I'm sure there are a few others but none will come to mind right now. I'm to tired to think! LOL

When iam having conversation specially with my friends i tend to interrupt and talk when they are telling me something important..sometimes it annoys my friends and i am trying hard to get rid of this bad habit..the actual reason is while having the conversation when my friends speak about something and if i have the same sort of matter to tell them i speak in between as otherwise i will forget to temm them later...

The same here. I spend too much time on the Internet and I am addicted to it, which is no good to my health. Sometimes when I have to leave the computer surfing the Internet but do some work that is waiting for me, I would just say to myself, "just one more minute and I will be done". But still I am online. It is really a bad habit that I need to modify. lol

Hi monicazhang! Oh, I think that in my case, I could not get enough time to spend on the computer. I think I will never have enough because I love to surf in the internet and be here in mylot. haha...Anyway, regarding the bad habits I have that I want to get rid of...I really wish I could stop smoking totally. I am trying to lessen it because it is really so difficult quiting. I hope in time, I will. Take care and have a nice day.

hello there. I would like to get rid of the habit of sleeping late. I've been sleeping late recently. =(
I tried sleeping early a few days ago but I couldn't. I lay on the bed for more than 3 hours before I actually fell asleep. I need to slowly adjust to sleeping early.

I procrastinate a lot! as in a lot! like right now, I have a final exams. I should have studied like since saturday! but i still have have loads and loads of cases to read! and my exam is at 5:30 pm. and it's already almost 1 pm. And look at what i am doing, checking myLot! hahahahaha! :D

Similar to you, I also have some problems with being too frequent on the internet. Besides that, I also have the bad habit of procrastinating and being untidy.

My hot-temper--I hate it myself. Oftentimes I caught myself regretting saying harsh words because I was unable to hold my temper. And I realize that I make myself a loser whenever I blow my top. I want to get rid of this bad habit.
Also my complacency and procrastination. I have had so many wasted opportunities and unfinished projects because I always put them on hold until I find time again or until I remember it again. It's really bad having this attitude. I hope to get better.

Me, i want to change sleep early and wake-up early. Mostly what i did is this, i sleep so late and i wake up very early,so when i got to work, i almost sleep at my table. Actually i just watch tv and listen to the radio at night that is the reason why i sleep late, to think that it is not important. I am so stupid.

Me too! I have tried to control the time spended on internet but the effect is not too obious. Another bad habit it that i spend too less time on time,I just wasted the time with doing nothing .I always say to myself "Hurry up,boy",it is not always efficient.I'll try to work more harder!!

i am also misusing a lots of time over internet, but the imported thing that i want to change is my short temper.
