HARD or LIGHTS????

i have been smoking for three years, i have tasted many ciggarets and their light and hard tastes such as MAHLBORO LIGHTS & MAHLBORO HARD, DUNHILL LIGHT & DULHILL HARD. i want to ask this question to my friends especially from medical students and doctors who are more concerned with smoking... please tell me which one is more injurious to health the light brand of ciggaretts or the hard one because i have been hearing from some of my friends that the light one is more harmfull than the hard one but if you are a smoker and knows the taste of a ciggarret then you will agree with me that light one seems to beles harmfull than the other one .... plz explain this to me because of this reason i changed my brand....
