who should be a volunteer?

Volunteers of 2007 International Sailing Regatta - They're volunteers of 2007 international sailing regatta ,they get a commitment to Olympic asking for nothing.

In any country,in any time,there're some people who need help and some activities which need people to be a volunteer,I think volunteer's behavior stands for a spirit,and if in a country,everyone want to contribute themselves to be volunteers,it proves that this country is a good civilization.
