gradyslady gave you some very good tips, but be careful to not upload pictures every day to the limit like I did in the past, because you will receive a private message from mylot administrators that you are making an abuse.
Do what gradyslady told you and your earnings will increase. ;)

Make sure you do your daily amount of uploading pictures to discussions or responses, do a certain number of responses a day, and start a good amount of discussions a day and you'll be making money in no time. I respond to at least 50 a day, and start at least 5 discussions a day, the more you do the more money you get.

The following is what I do.
Try to make more friends here and respond to their discussions. And therefore, some of them will be kind to reply to yours, too.
Start a good discussions so that there will be more people to reply to it.
Mark the best response fairly after some days, so that it is a appreciation to the people who respond to your discussions.
Try to win a best response when you respond to others' discussions.
And add some comments to people who respond to you, it will be friendly.
