You cant put a picture with a discussion untill you have reached 500 posts. Once you get 500 posts you can add a pic to responce and you can copy and paste. Hope this helps!

You can change the little guy in the green box to a picture you already have but going to " edit your preferences" - then change avatar. I had to ask someone to and it took me for ever to get someone to tell me. Hope this helps.
