I, like a lot of Australians on myLot, am a member of emailcash. On that site, it is against the Terms of Service (TOS) to put links to other sites, such as myLot, or others. I was in a discussion thread with some other people and we were talking about a site called "Free Stuff Day". Please not that I did not start the discussion, nor was teh name of the site actually mentioned. I put my email address in, so that people could contact me with regards to signing up. This however was not stated in any way, shape or form. I also started a new 'thread/discussion' with my email address in it, with the heading - 'wanna chat to me' and then my email address which is a gmail account. As it is considered 'advertising', I was banned from the forum for it. I can still visit the website, and read any reward mail, do my daily clicks, purchase items through the shopping feature to earn points, take part in any surveys that they have. I am even able to have a look at the forum, as is any person from anywhere around the world. I can understand that they want to keep people on their site. However, due to the fact that I had previously been banned for 7 days, and then 92 days (3 months), the latest ban that I received is for - get this - 182 days (6 months). I asked them why I received such a long ban, when all I did was to put my email address in so people could contact me - they don't have a private message system such as here. I don't truly expect to receive a response. Although it would be nice. The other thing about that website, is that no member can post the fact that I am banned, as it is against the TOS as well. The reason for this is that 'members are banned for a reason, and for people to post on their behalf negates the banning they have received'. Another thing is that they don't have a place - as other forums such as 'ICCANT' do, where they put a list of people who have been banned, the reason for it, and how long they have been banned for (or when they can come back, or both). What do others think about this?

I am a member of Emailcash but I have never been banned at , had a few arguments though :), I don't go in there a lot these days but I could never understand why they were so harsh about referrals and such seeing as their forum is a non-paying forum and I think just there as an extra for the members I would have thought abuse and swearing should have only been the cause for banning, don't know, I like it in here these days....

Does this site pay you well? If not I wouldn't worry about it and move on!
