Dear friends beware of a new scam circulating over the net.If you have given your email id to any social networking sites like ORKUT,BADOO etc then you can expect a mail like I recieve almost every day.A person,if you are a boy, most probably a girl will leave a message on your page along with her mail id requesting you to reply.Once you reply you will get a message to your inbox with picture attachments inviting you to her life. Most probably one will send a positive response. The cheater tries to fasten its grip over its prey thenceforth. In the next mail she would describe her pathetic story that her parents are no more and they have deposited millions of dollars in a bank in africa and she need to transfer it to the prey's account so that the prey will be given some 20 ro 30 percentage. The next thing is funny.A person claiming to be the cheater's lawyer will contact you and demand certain documents, which will not be possible for the prey to give, to be given by the prey for bank's approval. If not possible the lawyer will obtain it for you but there is a fees of 2500 euros. The innocent prey will most probably in the prospect of getting million dollars will send the money and suffer lose. The most recent experience I had was with a girl claiming to be daniella taylor daughter of charles taylor the ex-president of liberia.Friends do you have any such experience or is there any such true transactions. Please share

beware dear hope I once got a mail stating that a millionair disposed of his entire estate to me and my email was selected as the winning one.An attorney is entrusted with the will and I had to pay a fees of 500dollars as registration and transfer charges.I replied him to effect the transfer first and he can make a charge over the property till I pay his fees and that put an end to our correspondence

This is not a new scam as I have gotten these quite often and for a long time. It is hard to believe that anyone would actually fall for this plot. It is ashame that people are trying to scam innocent people who worked hard to earn their money. I have heard some scammers have been caught but obviously not all of them.

This is not the only version of this scam, and Africa is not the only place it originates from. It behooves us all not to be taken in by money laundering schemes that will eventually rip us off. If it is not a poor unfortunate, it is a business agent, wanting us to avoid some of their taxes by being their US or Canadian payment agent. Again, if you believe it, you will be sorry. As far as I have seen, there is no such real transaction, not orphans, widows, lawyers, businesses, charities or solicitors. Stay away from this kind of an email.

I have met a friend on myLot who did fall prey to one. I have not. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.
