ill give you 2 crock pot recipes both are really good Fist one is Beefy Tortilla Casserole 1 1/2 LB ground beef 1 (14.5-oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies undrained 1 {10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of onion soup 1 packages of taco seasoning 1/4 cup of water 6 (5 or 6 inch) corn tortillas cut into 1/2 inch strips 1/2 cup of sour cream 4 oz shredded chedder cheese (1 cup) 3 table spoons sliced green onions Cook ground beef in large skillet over medium heat until thoroughly cooked stirring frequently. Drain In 3 1/2 to 5 QT slow cooker combine ground beef Tomatoes, soup, taco seasoning, water, mix well. add tortilla strips stir in gently Cover cook on low setting for 7 to 8 hours About 5 mins before serving spread sour cream over casserole. Sprinkle with cheese cover let stand about 5 mins Sprinkle with onions. I dont believe you would have to cook it that long because the meat is already cooked all the others just need to be warmed it could be done in an oven as well. Not real sure about the time probably 1/2 hour I would think. Alright other one is Cheesy Italian Tortellini 1/2 lb lean ground beef 1/2 bulk italion pork sausage 1 cup of sliced mushrooms 1 15 oz of container of refrigerated marinara sauce 1 14.5 can of diced tomatoes with italian seasoning undrained 1 9 oz pkg refrigerated cheese filled tortellini 4 oz 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese or pizza cheese blend In large skillet break ground beef and sausage into large pieces. Cook over medium heat about 10 mins or until browned stirring occasionally Spray 4-5 quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray combine meant mixture mushrooms marinara sause and tomatoes into cooker mix well Cover and cool on low for about 7-8 hours 15 Mins before serving add tortellini to cooker stir gently to mix Sprinkle with cheese cover cool on low setting for an additional 15 mins or until tortellini is tender there ya go :)

This is quick, easy, yummy, and my family...including a picky husband and kid eat it til it's gone. Turkey and dressing casserole 1 pound ground turkey 1 (15 ounce) can cut green beans, drained 1 (10 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained 1 (6 ounce) package herb-seasoned dry bread stuffing mix (prepared) 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese DIRECTIONS Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a 2 quart casserole dish or 9 inch square inch baking dish. Set a large skillet over medium heat and coat with cooking spray. Crumble the ground turkey into the skillet Cook and stir until turkey is no longer pink, 5 to 10 minutes. Add the corn, and green beans, stir to blend. Set aside and keep warm. Prepare the stuffing mix according to package directions. Stir cream of mushroom soup into the stuffing along with the Cheddar cheese. Spoon the turkey and vegetables into the prepared baking dish. Drop large spoonfuls of the stuffing on top until the vegetables are completely covered. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, until the top is lightly browned. Set the oven to broil, and cook for 5 minutes to crisp the top. Enjoy!

Thanks a lot for posting that, it sounds really good. I just though tmaybe I should post one of my own... :D SIMPLE LAMB CASSEROLE 500g lamb, diced, garlic granules and 1 large onion finely diced, brown in a little oil and 3 tablespoons of butter or margerine. add two tablspoons of flour, then stir for two mins. add three tablespoons of tomato sauce (ketchup if your american) and 375 mls of beef consumme. Add in at least a litre of water, bring to the boil then simmer for an hour. CHop up two large carrots, 5 large potatoes, pumpkin if you like it, cauliflower, almost any vegies... into small chunks then out them in. make gravy in a seperate pot, a nice really thick one, and then stir it into the casserole, this is all done in a large stockpot on the stove by the way...simmer for another hour... add in frozen peas (or beans or both) and corn kernels and simmer for a final 30 mins. serve on white rice (or cous cous)... yummy...

Well since you like potato, here is one I make quite a bit because it is super easy and we are potato lovers also. Cheesy Hashbrown Bake 20oz bag of frozen hashbrowns 16oz sour cream 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese dash of salt& pepper Mix all ingredients together in a baking pan, cover it and bake it at 350 for 60-90 mins. I usually uncover for the last 5-10 minutes so it will brown on the top.
