Sylar's Powers

I think Sylar needs Dr. Suresh's blood, you know it cured Molly Walker and also The Haitian when their powers were weak and they were sick. So Sylar might try to take the cure when Suresh goes to give it to Maya..or maybe he kidnaps someone and makes Suresh cure him. Those are my thoughts.

The series is going to keep Peter running around with the bad guys, until there is room to bring him back into the story. Is it just me or did Sylar on Monday's episode all of a sudden get all good looking, and very attractive?... Or are my hormones just going at it again? *sigh*

I agree with the speculation about the injuries, as I think that most likely. I'm just wondering, but remember when Hiro seemingly lost his powers? I'm not sure what sort of "spiritual journey" Sylar would make, to get back in touch with his powers, but it could be interesting, and probably very dark. ;]

Hi locksmith... I think that Sylar's powers are still around..... it would make sense that he's having a bit of a 'rest,' - he took quite a blow at the end of last season but still survived. Maybe - since Sylar 'takes powers from others' he will have to figure out a different way to obtain powers again. The other Heroes already have powers within them, but Sylar seems to have to use some mental fortitude first in order to figure out how to utilize other peoples' powers. The season just started...I'm sure Sylar will start to come up with ideas really soon. Right now, his only power is that he has no qualms about killing people! I'm a bit afraid to see what will happen once he regains powers or gains new ones from people - but I'm still sure he will!

Remember that episode where Claire got pierced in the brain by some wood? She wasn't able to regenerate until it was removed. Maybe because of the severe injuries that Sylar have, his powers are still temporarily unavailable. Until he heals enough for his brain to fully work, maybe. It seems that he was able to figure out Candace's powers but not yet utilize it because of his injuries. We have yet to see the extent of his injuries and recovery in the future episodes.
