Basically, Im very sympathetic and i almost offer him / her the sum that he can atleat have a complete meals for that day.. And you???

In the Philippines, it's part of our law not to give money to the poor because there's an institution where they can be brought. Also, the poor is being syndicated here (they belong in a group which uses the kids to ask for money). That's why, in our case we just either give food or clothing but not money. :)
