has anyone ever tried the "fiber35 diet"?

I am wanting to start a diet to lose some weight. i need to lose about 40 pounds. I just recently heard of "the fiber35 diet". has anyone else ever tried this diet? What kind of results did you have? If you have tried a different diet, what diet was it and how successful were you on it?
