I think a combination of both is healthy. Modern medicine originates from natural. There are many natural products that are beneficial. However, there are occassions when it is inevitable that the choice must be modern medicine if an acute infection is present or there is lack of a known natural medicine for the condition. One should be open to both for a good balance.
