when do u get up in the moring ?and when go to bed in the night ?why? do u think it is good to your health?when do u think is the best time to get up and go to bed?

I always get up at 6:30 in the morning and go to bed at 10:30 in the everning.In my opinion it's appropriate for me.But perhaps everyone has a biological clock of his own.The suitable one is the best one.

I get up fairly early in the morning between 5:00 and 5:30 AM. I try to be in bed by 10:00 PM, but unfortunately, that rarely happens. Many times it is my own fault because I am on the computer too long!

I think it is good to have a routine,so I try and stick to one.I find that I feel better if I get up and go t bed at the same time day after day.So I wake up at 8:00am and go to sleep at 11:00or1130pm.I find if I don't stick to my routine I feel like crap the next day.

If I have to work in the following morning, I usually get up at 6:30am early in the morning and try my best to go to bed before 1am. If I don’t have to work I usually go to bed at about 2am or so. Since I don’t have to go to the office, so I could get up at whatever time I wish. Even though I understand that to go bed after 11pm is not healthy to our body, I still couldn’t go to bed earlier.

well, I usually go to bed at around 11 p.m. and wake up at 5.30 a.m. since my school starts at exactly 7 a.m. But sometimes I get so much homeworks to be done and at times like that, I usually stay up late until around 1 or 2... and sometimes I go to bed so early (around 9 or 10) and wake up at 3 or 4 when I have to study for my test if I have any =)

I get up at six thrity and go to bed at twelve and sometimes late or early. I don't think that it is best time for me to go to bed. I think that I need to go to bed earlier in the evening like ten thirty to make sure that I have enough sleep for more than seven hours' sleep a day to enjoy a better health.

I am a night owl and go to bed VERY late. Sometimes at 6 a.m.! I try to be up by noon or earlier but I work from home and my kids are 17 and 21 so really I can go to bed and wake up whenever I want and still get everything done.
I much prefer to stay up late and sleep late although I miss out on daytime stuff at times. I don't think it is healthy for me but it's a habit I don't think I can change. I have been trying but it backfires and I just lay there awake and fall asleep even later than usual. The next day, I am cranky and tired.
I would like to go to bed around 2 a.m. and get up around 9 a.m. But I dunno if I will ever get there...

Before when i was in college time i dont botherd about the sleep whenever i want sleep i can sleep , depends upon my like i leave now i cant . Now i got a Job i have to be there puncutal So i have to wake up in the early morning 6.30 am my favourit sleeping time so nowadays i will go for bed also soon 10 pm.

i get up in the morning at 04.00
i go to bed at 10.00
of course it's good for my health because we have enough time to rest our body and mind
i think the best time to get up and go to bed is just like me hi...hi..hi

Usually by 11am, and well it depends, I probably won't be in bed for another hour tonight, but I prefer to go to bed earlier.
