Do you believe in the saying "there's no place like home"? Me, I do! A home is not just a place for sleeping, but rather a place wherein we feel so at ease and comfortable. I've been to a lot of places in the world and have appreciated several houses too. But I still end up saying to myself that there ain't no place like our home. It may not be so attractive but it is where I find comfort and happiness.

Precisely, there is no place like HOME. Because it is where we find comfort, love, and affection we need. A home reflects the personality of the people living there. If the house seems so dull, that means people living there don't share any love at all. But if your home is very attractive, clean, and lively.. it means that the people there work hand-in-hand to make it a better place to live in. The size or the structure of the house doesn't really matter at all. What counts the most is the presence of love and respect.

Oh yes. I grew up in West Covina, CA, down south. I visit my family at least two to three times a year, for two weeks. But after a week, I am so ready to come home. I do miss my home. I miss my kitchen, my family room, my living room, my bedroom, my computer room....
My twins miss their big backyard and all their toys they could not bring with them...

Precisely! Because our home is a great part of our life. Even if we are given the chance to live in a very luxurious villa, I know for sure that we would still want to be in our very own home where we find comfort and belongingness. And another thing, I consider my home as my reflection for it simply portrays my inner side.

Precisely and I do agree with you. We don't really need a very big house to live in. The structure and size of the house is not a basis of a home. What really matters the most is the people living there, how they feel, and how they deal with one another. A house is never a home if there is no love. And when there is love, of course we feel so relaxed, comfortable, and safe. And I'm proud to say that our house is not just a house but rather a HOME.. the best place for me to live in!
