*******SPOILERS********Sasuke Killed Orochimaru!!! Then Kabuto infused himself with the dna of orochimaru... And Now the Dna is trying to take over kabuto. If you read the Manga you would know that

It was sasuke. However, orochimaru did not technically die. He's still living inside Sasuke, only that Sasuke is currently stronger and he has took control of his body. Thats what i read somewhere. Orochimaru would come back soon, I guess.

You were right about the 1st part but wrong about him living inside of sasuke.. he tried to get into sasuke but couldnt.. he is inside of kabuto
