How do you release your pressure?

As you feel the pressure,from the environment,from the work,from the competition....and so on .which way will you choose to just do ? i have a cooperation partner which resign from the company one year ago,but he often contact with some staff member in my company, sometimes he instigate my staff member to go to his company to go to work. would u give me a idea how to solve the problem?tks

I like to read. It seems to get my mind off things, and after reading for a while I feel better, usually. Books are such a wonderful thing to me. I also like scrapbooking, and looking at the pictures makes me feel good and releases pressure as well.

Don't think there is really much you can do about it. Don't know of any law that prevents taking active employees from your company. You might try to counter the promises your previous partner is offering to the employee and offer the employee better incentives. I suppose you also have to ask yourself if the employee(s) are worth offering more money or better health insurance to keep them employed with your firm.

yes. i support some views of you, we all hate this kind of behavior. but somebody like to do it. i want to employee new staff members to stop this phenomenon. but this action will make my company's loss very much. we work together have 7 years,may i talk with him?
