What is the best way to lose some 10 kgs within a month or two?

Hi everybody,
mine is rather a sad story.. we're planning for a child for more than 6 months, yet not able to conceive, but every body started telling us, my over weight is the main problem.. So i want to lose it,, i'm 15 kg above my normal weight.. so guys,, please advise me the best method.. am very depressed....

hi cool,
hey dear u have such a lovely name saying cool, so take it easy n dnt owrry, dnt loose heart n hopes...its easy if u are really determined to go ahead it buddy....u can replan ur eating schedule...
have a glass of water in the morning b4 brushing ur teeth, go for 45 mins brisk walk or gym which evr comforatble, take a break of 45 mins n than hav sumthng to eat heathy diet bt nt fatty foods (fruits, juices, milk,sandwhich)
then within 2 hrs time u can hav sumthn like biscuits or sumthng to munch on specially wheat stuffs.
then take ur lunch like salads or proper bread(wheat bread) and veggies (boiled).. and curd....
then munch on sumthng again...
at nite take dinner again sandwhich or which evr thngs bt less oily...n healthy..
u can use green tea say 3 times a day.
u can drink hot or lukewarm water only through out the day...dnt starve for longer time hav sumthng possible like biscuits or wheat munching stuffs.
avoid soft drinks and oily stuffs..
take care dont worry ...

Oh man, that's really a cool picture.. I really really loved it.. You sound very optimistic..
I've started on the diet.. Thanks for all the motivation and support.. I know am going to do it.. Thanks again for the picture.. it's really wonderful..

Hey, cool!
You should exercise regularly and cut off on snacking. I heard somewhere that it's better to eat maximum 4 hours before bedtime. So if you plan on going to bed at 10 pm, the latest dinner or snack you can eat is at 6 pm, then no more.
And you can also cut back on Soda. Drink plain water instead 'coz soda has lots of calories.
GOOD LUCK in trying to have a baby. Don't you worry. You've just tried it for 6 months. Research says that 20% of couples only get pregnant after a year trying, so just keep up the bedroom activities and don't give up! Some of my friends who've gotten married only got pregnant after 1 year of marriage.
