Where are the Internet Police?

I don't know if we have internet police but do you think we need them? There are some sites that just are obvious about their criminal activity and they should not be getting away with it. The site I am thinking of is Read Revenue. They are still around ripping people off! They refuse to pay anyone, they refuse to answer emails. I am sure there are other sites they need some influence from the law. Is there anywhere to report bad sites too? If not do you think there should be a law enforcement site for the net?

Unfortunately there are many sites out there that are considered SCAM sites, and you need to avoid. A lot of these are considered Money making sites and they will catch your attention promising to pay when usually they don't. I think it would be impossible to Shut them all down so that is the reason to check out SCAM busters and some of the other sites out there first that list these type of sites, and then go from there.

Alot of the internet is still unchartered territory. I think they are still not sure how to regulate it or to disipline on it. I think there needs to be something but where is the line to privacy? It is a thin line and hard to figure out online.

I think, it would be difficult preposition to set up an Internet Police, because internet sites are not operated from one point or one country. I think experts have still not find any concrete solution to this problem.
