my husband wants to buy a roaster, I love stuffing the turkey I think it brings more flavor to the turkey

Cook, What's that? I wouldn't know how to cook a turkey if my life depended on it. If I had to, I guess it would be by putting a TV dinner in the oven. There is actually a fine art to TV dinners making. You have to get the dinner squared up just right. Not as easy as you might think. :-)

no it's not and if you don;t stir the potatoes they always seem to cold in the middle

I stuff my turkey with homemade stuffing and cook it in the oven. I sometimes use the oven bags and sometimes just rub the bird with olive oil and roast with out the bag. We also sometimes inject our turkeys with creole butter sauce. I just made a turkey last weekend. Tomorrow I am making soup from the carcass.

We have a roaster to put it in. My mom puts it in the night before and it cooks all throughout the night.
