what do all you Arsenal fan's think of eduardo? i think he is going to be a very good player for us, he is the fox in the box weve been looking for since Ian Wright left the team, his form for Croatia is briliant he scores all the time for them and the times he has played for Arsenal he has been in very good positions. Personally i think he needs a little more time to gel to the way we play and then i think he will be lethal for us.

Yes, I agree that he got a lot of potential based on his quickness and also his past form for Croatian national team and Croatian league. But until he started scoring loads of goals, the questions will still remain whether he can adapt to Premiership football and Arsenal style of play. Remember even proven world class players such as Andriy Shevchenko and Diego Forlan also struggles in the past to adapt to English football. For the time being Arsenal still have to rely on Emmanuel Adebayor and Robin Van Persie to get the goals.

He just scored another about 2 minutes ago against Burnley in the FA Cup, soft goal, but, he took it very well.

I think he is a great asset yo the gunners as he seem to be cool and collective in front of goal plus with Van Persie out we need the extra help

I don't know. I have watched him a number of times this season and although, technically Croatian, he looks and plays like a lightweight South American. Last week he scored 2 goals against Everton and he did very well, but, on another day both goals could have been ruled out because of handball. He needs to learn to keep his arms down. When he came off in that game and was replaced by Adebayor, I thought Adebayor looked a much better player.
I understand this is Eduardo first full season in the Prem and he may adjust, but, if past history is anything to go by, South American style players on the whole are not overly successful over many seasons in the Premiership.
