If you are honest, upright and straightforward peson, having an lincliation to have friends, you need not win over them. They just flock in. Regarding becoming influencing person, Whom you would like to influence:
1) BOSS? - work well
2) Parents - prove your worthyness
3) Friends - be truthful, maintain trust and give mutual respect.
4) General public - be truthful, kind.
