I am having problems in how to eliminate my unwanted fats.. Well, I am not that fat but I don't like my figure especially my abs/belly. It's uncomfortable to say but its not that beautiful.. I want to have flat abs but i don't how to start. i know some of the exercises that i need to be able to have a flat abs (i.e. reverse crunch, oblique crunch, and other kinds of crunches) but the problem is when i started it i can't continue it to the end..What is the best way/easy way eliminate fats?

First of all, welcome to mylot. You have to practice yourself eating by following the balance dietary pattern. Following this pattern may result in a good balance diet.
You have to limit yourself of eating foods that are rich in cholesterol and fats.
Exercise regularly such as walking or jogging for at least 30 minutes in the morning.
Drink a lot of water to replenish the water that was lost in your body during exercise.
Sleep at least eight hours a day.
I encourage you to do abdominal crunch exercise. Try to adapt yourself of doing it, as your target goal is to reduce your tummy or belly.
Aerobics can also help in this regard. God speed!
