how many bank account do you have ? / myLot

I wonder how many bank account do you have ? I mean local bank. I have three bank account for myself actually, why ? It seems that not secure enough only put my savings or my money in one bank, and sometimes I make new bank account because of my clients also have that bank account so I can get money transfer easyly. And I also have back up bank if I have to get cash but don't want to wait for the que. But even I have 3 bank account doesn't mean that I can manage the fund.. no no no... it's different problem LOL, but I knew some people have some bank account because they manage it well. For example : first bank account for saving, second for monthly spending, third for back up. How about you ?

Hi femimi!I only have a one bank account and its a joint account with my husband. Ive been thinking of opening a savings account only in my name. I like to save but my husband doesnt.LOL

Don't put all your eggs on one basket, eh? I, myself got 3 bank accounts .... - for my credit card, internet banking and online business - for my offline job salary deposit & daily spend - and for my saving (deposit from two above)

I have three bank account. One for my payroll, and two for savings account, one is an atm card for emergency cases and the other is one is a passbook. It is good to have a depository account to maintain beacuse it is very helpful and at least I have something that I call my own earning.

Me and the girlfriend have just the one bank account but we like to switch whenever another bank has got a good offer going or something along those lines.

I have only two bank accounts and that is not because fo the specific reasons. I opened one account near my working place so that I could manage it easily. Second account is in a bank near my own house so that any of my family member can handle it. I do not think that I have any securiety fears. I do not keep much amount in my savings accounts. For the extra funds also I invest in such a way that I am always safe.

hi, me, myself got 2 bank accounts, one for my everydays needs, like pay the phone bill, credit card, atm etc etc, and the other for my salary.. , oh, for last 20 years, i just have 1 bank account. my second account just no more that 3 weeks, because my company pay my salary through it...

I just have one, I like an uncomplicated life, it's hard enough organizing my finances etc and with direct debits and different transacations going out of my account each month, I find it far easier and simpler to keep one account where all monies go in and out. I have been with my current bank since 1987 and never had cause to complain! So I am a very happy customer and won't use any other bank to deal with my business.

Like you I have 3 bank accounts although the one for savings is not getting much use for a while now:) THinking about it even the back up one is not really getting much use either. Basically now the only one that has movement is the one for monthly spending, and unfortunately after paying all the bills and all the regular expenses there isn't much left to transfer to the other accounts :)

We have two, my husband has one which is our main bank account which we use for day to day stuff and other things and i have my own bank account which i use for my own personal things :)

I have two bank accounts. The first one I have is for our payroll account where our employer sends our salary. Another account is for transfer purposes only. I have another savings account where I regularly save and its with the cooperative. I save ther regularly coz I believe its where that I could save and use the money in the future. Hva e anice day my friend.

I have at least 10 bank accounts. Actually I don't want to have many, but it's hard to avoid. Because we need them to deal with different business.

hmm i only have 2 savings account, one is for spending and saving (haha) and the other one is purely for savings. i also have a current/checking account, which i use to pay my credit card bills.
