Do you think safelist are a good way to advertise, or maybe is an old idea?

well... no
usualy, people join safelists with a different email that they don`t use, or the safelist signup form requires the use of a different email or people mark the safelist mails as spam and they`ll end up in the bulk folder. to make a long story short, almost all the safelist users never read emails from the safelist
