My mom and my sis always have problem with each other...

My younger sister is very naughty,but my mom doesnt like her habbits.The situation has become so much worse that she is always against her,even when she is right.My sis thats y grow angry sometimes and said some harsh words to my mom.But my sis really feels very bad when my mom becomes partial sometimes.She even cries at times and sometimes keeps herself blocked in room for hours.I have tried my best to sort out the problem but all in waste.Can you suggest,what to do.I really need help.
