I dont get stressed very easily or for small things because i know that it is really not good for health. Small incidents need to be forgotten if they are bitter. Holding on to them will not make any good. Obviously, the next reaction to it is to only get depressed and that is another thing that will never help anybody. it will only add on to the stress and make a person dull.

Dear friend, don't waste your time worrying over things that are beyond your control. Life is too beautiful to exhaust your time and energy on things you have no control of. When I'm confronted with stress, I do activities that diverts my attention like going to the movies, shopping, internet surfing, talking to friends, singing, painting, writing, etc. There are actually a lot of things you can do to divert your attention. You are not escaping by doing that, just keeping you away from concentrating on something that will leave you depressed in the long run. Engage yourself in a hobby that you enjoy and stress will be easier to deal with. Goodluck!

We cant solve every problem but we can surely handle every problem.There are many things which we cannot change like our parents,or skin colour.Just learn to accept them graciously.If you accept them grudgingly it will stress you.Some stress is indeed useful.It challenges you and it acts as a stimulus to greater performance.So dont get unnecessarily stressed.Just calm yourself and think it over.When you find it difficult just meditate for atleast 5-10 minutes.It will help to de- stress.

I close my eyes & clear my mind. I also write poetry or massage my own back & neck. These things relieve tension for me. I also enjoy doing artwork. If all else fails, I usually take a nap!

hi there! chocolates, ice creams, salads, spaghetti, etc...in short, FOOD help me everytime i feel stressed. on a more serious note, everytime you feel depressed, count all the blessings you have, for sure you'll feel better. have a nice day! :-)
