hi...do you have a laptop cooler?

I have a laptop cooler for my sony vaio laptop... i bought at ebay... it is a nice gadget that kept my laptop cool even if i use it for hours... it keeps the laptop from overheating... something that we do not want to happen...i think it is a must especially if we are using a place that does not have air conditioning... The only disadvantage in using a cooler is lesser battery time for the laptop...

well...i don't have a laptop, so naturally i don't have a cooler. :-D but do you really need a cooler for a laptop? i find it a very expensive addition. does it prolong the life of a laptop? because if it doesn't, i don't want to spend on that, because that would mean and extra few thousands of pesos. :-)

I dont have one of these however i think they are a great idea, i've been getting worried lately as my laptop gets incredibly hot when its on charge and i am using it, which is quite a lot of hours within the daytime, and to top it off i read somewhere that someones laptop had blown up as a fuse had burnt itself out... So perhaps i should stop been so tight and invest in something like this!

i think its a cool invention.......but its pretty old actually........am using it for the past three months though and to be honest, it even helps increasing the battery life by keeping the internal fan switched off!!!
