Bond with co-workers will keep you focused and productive or not?

I think that bonding with co-workers is excellent. I think that if a person has a good work ethic and likes to be productive that friendships at work are fine. If a person isn't interested in being productive or doing his/her job effectively having friends or not having friends at work won't make a bit of difference. To summarize, I would say that a good worker will be a good worker regardless of bonds that are created in the workplace. :)
