How to export flash animation into AVI

Hi, friends. I want to export a flash animation as a video clip. I tried this using Export command in flash 8, but was not fulfill my requirement. The output AVI file not running smoothly and I think some frames were missing. The quality also very low. I don't know weather I have done this in a wrong way. Friends, please explain me why this happening and guide me to built a high quality video file from a flash animation to run in a DVD player after burn a DVD. This is a hard problem I'm experiencing these days and nobody suggest a good solution to this past three weeks.
