Hi, after so many times, i'm returned here..
I'm a big friend of one engine and cars tuner here in Italy.
In the following video, you can see one incredible Fiat 1.8 16v tuned by Gulli Motori Competition.
The power output are approx 260 hp @ 10.000 rpm.
Hope that will like to you!
If you want more infos about this engine or the racing engine in general, contact me!

Thanks for the vid! Here in the U.S., Fiat has been long forgotten by the masses. But I still remember and still love the 124 coupe and sedan. What is this engine used in? Is it for WRC or a hot rod version of a street going Fiat?

Thanks for the response!
This engine is based on a Fiat Bravo engine, 1.6 16v bored to 1.8.
This engine was installed in a Fiat Cinquecento prototype and in a tubolar prototype. All these cars and this engine are build here in our headquarter, near Turin (Italy)
This engine is only for racing use, in the next season probably we will install this in a Fiat X1/9.
Stay tuned!

Is the X1/9 still in production?! Wow! Those were so fun to drive. Since were talking about Fiat, are there any plans for a re-introduction into the US market? I imagine they have changed significantly over the years, but I really did appreciate the ease of repair on all of the Fiats that I've worked on. Great cars and the Brava was sweet but a little heavy compared to the 124 sedan when it came to slalom. I so miss these cars. What racing series is Fiat involved in? I'd like to reacquaint myself with the company's product especially in motor sports.
