Worst Nightmares during sleep?

Hey just thought it would be interesting to hear what everyones worst nightmares have been while they have been a sleep and what they thought it meant.

Have often dreamed I was in a forrest running. As the person or "thing" was about to get me I wake up with my heart pounding as though I had actually been chased.

I have had a nightmare about each of my parent's dieing, and I think they are just a reflection of my real fears. I am terrified of my parent's dieing, and I never want that to happen. So I think sometimes we dream about things we really fear.
