What do I cook for our healthy eating lifestyle change?

I have found out that putting frozen chicken straight from the freezer into the crockpot and cover it with light dressing or bar-b-que sauce and cook it on High for 2-3 hours is wonderful! It makes the chicken so tender and delicious. My husband and I have made the committment to eat healthier. I need many, many more suggestions on what to buy at the grocery and to cook that we can eat more healthy. I know I need a George Foreman Grill so that will be more healthy meats when I cook them. Your comments are greatly appreciated.
