How do you get any money? Is this a scam? Because I still haven't gotten any earnings yet and it's been 24 hours!!

Considering that you have a value of 371 by your screen name, you have to have some earnings. Check again while you are responding to someones discussions. On the left just below your picture it should say something. Even if it is all zeros it should say something.
