Today is a big day for me. I decided to stop smoking after two cigarettes. I threw the last eight sticks in the trash can, and resolved not to fall back on it again. What's so funny about it, is I couldn't wait to tell my classmate that I already stopped smoking. I called him and broke the good news. He sounds happy for me, and he's married, too. I was trying to find moral support, I called him even though I have a boyfriend. I don't have my bf's phone number nor haven't seen him for years and years on end. I just said yes to him, and that's it. He's my boyfriend already who happens to have another girlfriend. What I'm trying to ask is, is it right to just up and leave my boyfriend, who's not really my boyfriend, and pursue a career away from him? Or should I still patiently wait until he decides to make good his promises?
