About the film
The story took place in the context of the beginning of 20th century,about a gifted pinist with the orphans after all the suffering:music ,love and the two world wars, but he never gave up his growth areas-a wanderful oil tanker.The poetic journey of a stirring film.

It is a good film.I think it tells us some phliosophy of life.Every's world is limited.We can do our best to let dreams come true,but sometimes we can't defeat our world,then we should give up and go on living in our world.Because if we lost our lives,how can we continue to pursuit our other dreams?

This is really an amazing movie.It struck in my heart deeply.And I ponder it over every time I watched.First time,I just wonder why he did not leave the ship and land.Just as Tooney said 1900 can get everything only if he got off the ship.I thought he was a stupid man who can not face the challenge in our life.The second time I watched,I got differet things.Maybe 1900 was right.He had totally understood people through his own heaven,music.What he saw in the world was totally different from normal people.He saw deeply people's defects and he hated to be one of the persons who were busying chase something empty and unmeaningful.It was too complicated for his pure musical world.The life was too immense for him......This movie is deserved to watch again and again.
