last saturday i have a trip from guangzhou to lanzhou (from 29? to 4?)and today i will go back to guangzhou (from 4?to 29?) i fell very tied.

Yes ,it is very difficuty to have a trip like that ,how do you go there ??by train ?by plan?or by bicyle?i know many people go to xizang by bicyle ,if you like you can try.:)and welcome you to shanghai
