Now XP is more convient than vista. As xp has been developed very maturely, but vista is on market very few months, there is long time to adapt to for man. However, vista will take market and Xp will be away from market.

XP and Linux.
If I want another piece of fat, bloated spyware, with the response handling of a super tanker I would install Vista but as I don't no thanks.
I so when I changed/add to my set up I am in the market for either a Linux or an XP based Laptop.
Vista = Fat Eye Candy that rots yer root directories!

PS I still use Windows 98 for a couple of older apps! I would rather use that than Vist!

I think i will go for vista. Surely vista is great deal of fun working with then xp. All the features and upgrades in it make it bit fun to work with.

Vista is way cooler, I really like Vista, but I still don't want to use it though, there are some things that are not compatible with Vista yet, so, I would still use Windows XP

I think compare to windows vista,XP is good and more comfortasble to use.I once installed vista in my system but not satisfied with the performance. With 512MB of ram the performance is not good.To get better performance 1 GB is required. So i dont want to swith back to vista. No i work is done without any problem with current operating system.Success of any operating system depends lot on hardware requirement.I think for insatalling vista no one ready to change the pc now. After one or two years, people will slowly start using vista .Samr thing happened with windows Xp also. When it was launched no one was ready to use it,Now every one is using XP instead of windows 98.One good thing is experienced with Vista is its graphical support.

I'm still using XP and honestly I find it easier because I'm already familiar with it, a friend of mine who recently purchased a new laptop has VISTA and as I look on it I think it would be hard for me to just change my OS.
and another acquaintance of mine said she's doesn't like it..
