its when i miscalculated a mixture in our chemistry class and explodes right into my hands, injuring my whole left arm, suffocating and showing my bones.. awww..

nice, i wish it had shattered your face.. hahaha LOL - mine was when: me and my friends were having a drag race.. and suddenly somebody told a joke and maked us all laugh then the car looses out of control and fell out from the bridge...
