If one of your collegue is a man of selfish what do you do ?

If there is a guy that he can be your arms in your road of career but he is really a guile fox,a sneak. when a cherish opportunity coming you want grab it but you need a partner. He is exactly whom you are looking for what a pity thing is that working with him almost exhaust you. There always is suspitious betwen you and you know he will never open up to you even you make the first step. How do you do ? Resist working with him and adjust to him or give up and start a new life?

adjust to him in order to know how to make him doing as like we want. in the situation as like that, better if we create friend than an enemy. by doing adjusting, you will be able to give your idea to him without bothering or rejecting your self

I just spent my last summer holiday with him, you know we got a temperary job in the same place.We even lived in the same apartment!Sometimes i feel have got close to him but it nevet last long. I feel adjusting is a good solution to the problem although it is so hard!

I will choose to keep a distance with the guy.If partners have different views,it can't make it.Most importantly,we can't enjoy our work and achieve a high situation even if we insist on working.

Hi changqingshuHappy! Oh, that would be kinda frustrating, wouldn't it? I think if I will be working with that kind of colleague, then the team or partnership is doomed from the start. If he is a snake or a guile fox, I don't think I will achieve the kind of efficiency and effectiveness I wish to achieve on that project or that cherished opportunity. I will be very stressed and pressured while working with such person. I don't think it is worth it. I will just start a new life and be open to other opportunities because I believe that in order to achieve a common goal there should be cooperation and trust and the spirit of teamwork in my work environment. You know my friend when i am a pure student i hold that opinion firmly.But with the times fly i start to change cause i know something needed in society.If you are an adult maybe you have noticed that wherever you go there are allways some guys in there and you can't keep away from your sight. That is life and sometimes we have to adjust to it.Frankly i am not sure if i am right or not? Maybe one day i awaked and found all your words really make sense. Anyway thanks my friend!

You will meet this kind of person sometime in life. If you can't work with him well, although you think in other aspects he will be a great partner, I don't think you should work with him. A selfish colleague may damage your career, I would rather to look for a person who may be not so capable but will be a good co-worker than this type of person.
