I don't add sugar in my coffee. I like it when it's bitter. Well, all of us have different taste so it's normal that some people like sweet coffee but there are also some who prefer black coffee.
Are you not afraid of obtaining diabetes because of too much sugar?

I come from a part of the world where coffee is served with condense milk - its utterly fantastic when you taste the condensed milk melting with the coffee to give it that sweet and creamy flavour.

Hello youless!:-)
I don't like sweets much but I am addicted to sugar. Be it tea or coffee, I add too much sugar so much so that people have often suggested me to instead of adding sugar to a cup of tea/coffee, add coffee to a cup of sugar, LOL!
But now, I restrict myself to 4 spoons only, sometimes it gets to 5 at the most not more! I think I picked this habit from my father. He is also famous for adding too much sugar in hot beverages. Sort of inherited, I guess!:-)

Yes, definitely, and I usually add milk, too, so that the coffee won't be too strong. If I drink too strong coffee, I sometimes have a hard time going to bed at night 'coz my mind keeps on working non-stop, thinking about anything, even though my body and my eyes are weary already. That's why I always drink a little coffee with much milk and sugar he he he...

I guess everybody reacts differently to coffee. I know a cousin who can stay up late at night to do her tasks if she drinks coffee, but her mother will still be able to sleep no matter how many cups of coffee she drinks. Coffee doesn't affect her at all.

Whether or not I drink my coffee with something in it or black depends on several things. First of all, I don't always want the same flavor. Second, some places the coffee is great and can be taken black and is not bitter. Some places the coffee needs something added to it.

Yes. I dont like coffee that much and if I do have it it has to have sugar and creamer in it. I prefer a french vanilla cappichino.

I also put sugar into my coffee, but only a little. but when I put creamer to it, I seldom put sugar. and then I don't put sugar in my milk and juices. ^__^ I think they are tasty enough and don't need sugar.

coffee without sugar!Yuck!now i gotta have atleast a teaspoon of sugar in my coffee. But it should not be to sweet either. Black coffee is something I prefer only when i'm unwell. it kind of makes you relax. I mostly have coffee, with milk that is, when i'm tired. Cause coffee is so refreshing.

Hello!
Sugar is a must have in my cup of coffee.
I like my coffee to be sweet and creamy not bitter and black.
I like sweet things..maybe i'm a sweet person..*hehe*.
I better not drink coffee if it's bitter as I won't enjoy it.
Take care.*smile*

if it's just plain regular coffee, milk alone is enough for me. But if you're talking about espressos (one shot or double shots), at least half a satchet of white sugar has to be added in, if not, you'll get put off drinking espressos in future, due to the bitter taste.
