when out on a date, do you share on paying the expenses with your boyfriend?

some woman let their boyfriends shoulder the expenses, but others who believe that man and woman is equal nowadays also want to share paying expenses when out on a date. do your boyfriend allow you to share on fees when you're out on a date?

it actually depends on the situation of the guy, if he can pay it that's fine...if he's a little tight on budget, well sharing the expenses is fine.
what i don't like is when i notice most of the time the guy lets the girl pay the expenses giving excuses
