Do you see your dentist often?

Teeth - How often do you go to your dentist?
Is it expensive for you to go there.
Have you done a big teeth fix.

Today I have been to a dentist specialist. I have to work on my teeth and get help from her and her nurses. It cost me about $300 which is a lot of money for me here in Sweden. I do not like going to dentist. However I am about losing my teeth because of bad teeth health. This is a genetic problem and I am to young to have so bad teeth. That´s why my regularly dentist sent me to a specialist. So next week I am going back there to take out and fix one of them and treat others. I January I am going for a longer fix of the rest of the teeth. This will cost me a lot. How about you, do you often go to dentists. Is it expensive for you to? Do you have fear of dentists? I do not however I do not like.

You have a god insurance. Here we got one from the government, however we have to pay for the material in use. That is expensive. I do understand your fear. Both my kids have fears from dentists. However they have been trained to go and seen their dentist more than once a year just to keep up. I feel confidence in their dentist and I have made clear that we do not accept any changes. Hope that never will happen. Thank you for responding and have a nice day.

The same here. I go to a dentists nurse to clean up the teeth twice a year. It is not that expensive and I feel it´s needed with god teeth for a happy smile...however. It seems to be the big problem every where, to go to a dentist are expensive. I need my smile, so therefore I have to go to my specialist, who by the way were really nice and gentle. It will cost me however for a happy smile it is worth it. Thank you for responding and have a nice day

Well I do feel that is a common thing. Many do not go to dentist because of fear. I am so stupid my self. I do not have problem with the dentist, However with the needle Every time I have fears in my tummie, and as often I think to my self after that I am really stupid. It is not that bad. I do not really understand what the fear comes from in the first place. Thank you for responding and have a nice day

Recently I went to my dentist as I was having some pain in my teeth and he took out my tooth saying that it was decayed. I dont know whether I did right or wrong by allowin him to remove that one.

Hi and thank you for responding, Well next week I have to take out one and put it back. It is hanging and have no bone attached to it any more. But I will not be without it, because if I am, I will never smile again. The tooth sits in front and every one can see it. So, I just have to have one sitting there. I am in god confidence that this specialist can help me out. If the tooth are decayed, I guess you do not need it anymore...so removing it was perhaps the best. Have a nice day.

I have no fear per se of dentists, only of paying since at present, I have some work that needs to be done on my teeth and its costing me on the average of $75 per visit. I feel in the end it will do me some good, but the cost is something especially when you have a senior in high school, other bills and such.

Yes, I am in the same position as you. A teen in high school, bills to pay and at the moment bad teeth. However my son do understand and say do it mum. You keep up your happy smile. I feel this is a must doing. I have already paid for all the treatment I am going to do for the next three months. But when I did pay I feel that Christmas will not be as expensive this year. It has to be. In order to have a happy smile. Thank you for responding and have nice day

I don't want to see a dentist often. I will go to it when there is something wrong with my teeth. However, lately I have been there for several times and finally it seems the problem was solved. I really don't like going there because it always won't be a good news for me.
