Space Flight: Unmanned vs Manned Space Flights

I was assigned an opinion piece the other day on whether or not I believed that Manned Space Flights are worth the risk to human beings or not. Basically, Manned Space Flights are three times more expensive, but 6 times more successful, and they let people fulfil their dreams. That is why I think that we should keep manned space flights, because 19 people out of 465 dying in space over the past 41 years seems like a small amount to me.
