Are you used to physical exercise?

Many people are so busy in working that they have litte time to do some sports. I love to play soccer, but last time I went to the pitch is about 3 months ago. Which kind of sports do you like? Do you do physical exercise everyday?

I am a busy person but I never forget to exercise for at least 30 minutes, though sometimes I missed it due to hectic schedule.
I usually forced myself to wake up early as possible, so that I can be able to do a little bit exercise.
I walked and jogged for at least 30 minutes or so. With that exercise, I become more active and ready for the next challenge of my daily routine activities.
I feel comfortable and very energetic. That is the wonderful result of exercising regularly.

I agree there are so many people who are saying they don't have time to exrcise.but how much time they spend with other not important things?like wtaching tv, in front of computer and they are not even doing it for their health.So they don't find three times a week 30 minutes to make something different for their bodies and health?I think we are just looking for exuces most of the time.
I like exrcise too and i do it very regualrly.I just have much mroe energy after it and feel so great.My all body just feel different.I just wish there would be more friends around me , who would enjoy doing sports also.It is sad how many young people, just don't do anything from sports only watch tv and play computer games.It is really kinda sad.

After 40 years every one should exercise at least for 1 hour a day just to keep all parts of the body in top condition. If people are lethargic, they may have to face the music inlater years. I have been going for a brisk walk for 2 km in the beginning and now I stepped up to 4 kms a day. Also I do some meditation and static cycling for 20 minutes.

Hi there. Its habitual for me to put aside 30-45 minutes out of my morning, everyday to workout boxing a 20kg bag walking or cycling, I quiet enjoy it helps me to have a great day, clears my mind and senses, keeps me active... During winter season, I enjoy playing social netball and watching our children play there sports, my husband enjoys surfing and a little touch rugby, when he has the time...

I wish I exercised every day..but I always seem to think about it at inconvenient times.
I play Dance Dance Revolution sometimes, it's a lot of fun. But mostly I just go on walks and such. I've been thinking about joining a gym..maybe I'll really do it this time :)

hi,friend . i just play basketball with my friends ,it is good ,i feel. because i am busy with the work in the last weeks ,i have no time to du some physical exercise . formerly i ofen go to do physical exercise ,but the the last weeks , i am busy ,and also lazy .i know the physical exercide is good to our health ,but i have no time and no energy to do it .
