Everyone of us also has their own way of manage and schedule their daily time. Some of the people will prefer to use a notebook that can let them to write most of the daily activity. Some of the people will prefer to use online organizer. For someone who is affordable will take PDA as their daily electronics organizer. What about you? Share more with me and suggest me the best way to manage and schedule your time. Thanks.

I can't afford some of the fancy PDA's but I do have a calendar and a schedule book. I use this everyday to keep myself on track. I'm not very organized without it!

Even if you have PDA, I also don't think you will use it very often. I heard a lot of people is buying PDA but none of them can use it effectively. It is some problem with the human and PDA interface. For me, I also did not like to work with PDA. It is just another burden for me. Somehow I still have move from electronics devices to paper. Hehe. I got no chance because I can not adapt to electronics devices. Am I a big failure? But I believe a lot of people out them will still prefer use paper instead of electronics device. I have start to work on paper instead of PC now. Hehe. I think work on paper is more effective than you face the PC or electronics devices all the times. Thank for sharing:-).

I usually use the calander in my phone. I would be very lost without it - never seem to remember anything on my own any more :-)

In fact, electronics devices still have their limitation. Do you think your hand phone calendar are going to help you in long run. Why don't you try to write on a piece of paper or bring some notepad along with you. I still prefer to use paper and pen:). I have find a difficultly to cope with electronics organizer. Finally I still come back to use paper and pen.

Last year I tried to implement GTD into my life. I found it overwhelming and last night came across ZTD. ZTD is short for Zen to Done the perfect system for people with any lifestyles. The eBook is under 10 dollars and worth every penny. If you aren't sure whether its for you there is a blog with a lot more information to give you a good introduction. Try it out. I am happy I did.

Its pretty old fashioned, but I would be lost without lists, a planner, and a calendar. I think traditional methods work best, they are always reliable and right there in front of you. Having a planner allows me to schedule my time day by day, having a calendar allows me to see whats coming up in the future so I can start planning early for it, and there is really nothing quite as satisfying as having a list in front of you and crossing items off of it.

Write down the priorities and allot time. Stick to the time table you created. Some times a work may take more time than expected, so adjustment can be done and next time, some time can be reduced to compensate the other work but see that the allotted work completes in time.
