How can I export Macromedia Flash animation into AVI without quality loss

Hi friends, I have created an animation in Macromedia flash and exported it into AVI file. But the AVI file not run smoothly. It's quality very low.Then I tried to export it as MOV and convert into AVI or MPEG2 using a converter. But the converter displays an error message stating the MOV file does not contain any video. Any guy who done this or can give me an alternative to this problem, please tell me the method. What I want is to export or generate Video (AVI or MPEG2) file from flash animation. I was very tired now, because I'm searching this for about 2 months. If anybody can help me it's big big help. Thank you.
