Yes, it can.. You're supposed to stop smoking before you fall pregnant if you're planning a baby.

YES! My first baby was born three months early and had to live in the NICU for three months. He was on a breathing machine and had he still been in the womb and had I been a smoker, it would be like pumping nicotine in that machine rather than oxygen. I honestly don't know how people can do that to their poor, innocent babies!

Definitly! You're supposed to quite before getting pregnant, but if you didn't already quite then the best thing to do is to cut back.

i don't think you should smoke while you're pregnant. i think its harmful.
