Super-position is the discovery that matter can exist in multiple places at one time. Also matter is in this super position state primaraly when it is not being observed or interacted with. So by just focusing our attention we can colapse the wave of potential energy into a particle of reality. So my question is, Can we control how the wave colapses and choose where the mass goes?

Well you are taking a strongly realist position on quantum indeterminacy, whilst such matters are fascinating to speculate on , it is worth bearing in mind that there are all sorts of significant problems with quantum theory. Not only that but much of sub-atomic physics is best regarded instrumentally; as a useful mathematical tool for making predictions but not a description of reality.
Even the collapse of the wave equation presents problems; what constitutes measurement? As the conundrum of Schrodingers cat reveals

The double slit experiment proves only that the subject of the experiment behaves in a manner as a wave does under on set of conditions and as a particle does under another. This is, perhaps, compelling evidence for wave particle duality but not proof and only compelling evidence if you don't take an instrumental view of sub-atomic particles, etc.
